ClosingDay
WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
Plays nicely with the tools agents and brokers already trust.
ClosingDay isn't trying to replace your CRM, your broker portal, or your compliance system. It connects to them. Today three integrations are live or in flight. More are on the roadmap, and we'll only add ones our customers actually ask for.

CRM
Sync your FUB leads + deals with ClosingDay transactions. Stage changes auto-flow both ways.
Auto-detect new transactions from FUB — when a FUB person moves to an under-contract stage, a "create transaction" prompt appears on your ClosingDay dashboard with the contact details prefilled
Push milestones back to FUB — every tracked milestone (EM deposited, inspection complete, contingencies cleared, closing scheduled) updates the matching FUB deal stage + dates + posts a timeline note
Auto-create the FUB deal on first push, in the right pipeline — Buyers or Sellers — based on the transaction's side
Stamps a custom field 'ClosingDay Transaction URL' on every FUB deal so a click in FUB opens the transaction back in ClosingDay
Updates flow in real-time via FUB webhooks — no polling, no delay
One-click OAuth connect — agents authorize, ClosingDay handles webhooks, custom field provisioning, and token refresh automatically
What it looks like
Step 1 — Connect FUB. Toggle the two switches.
Settings → Integrations card. One-click OAuth. Two clear toggles — Auto-detect new transactions + Push milestones back. Green status pill confirms live state.
Step 2 — A FUB lead just went under contract.
Once connected, this banner pops on the ClosingDay dashboard the moment a FUB person hits Pending or any under-contract stage. One tap creates the transaction with the contact prefilled.
Step 3 — Every milestone shows when it last synced.
"FUB · 8 hours ago" chip on each linked transaction. Green when fresh, yellow when stale — instant sanity-check that data is actually flowing.
Step 4 — In context, alongside the rest of the deal.
The sync chip lives in the transaction's hero row, right beside the Review Request pill and the Buyer's Agent badge. No separate panel to check — the integration's status is visible wherever the deal is.
SkySlope
Phase 0 live · Phase 1 in BD
Broker compliance
Auto-file every outbound message to SkySlope for broker compliance. No manual forwarding, no logins.
Paste your SkySlope transaction-specific property email once per deal — every outbound ClosingDay draft auto-Bccs that address
Documents you upload to a ClosingDay transaction flow to SkySlope too — broker has a complete file without you doing anything extra
No SkySlope login required for the agent — the integration runs server-side using SkySlope's property-email forwarding pattern
Phase 1 (deeper sync via SkySlope Partnership API) in BD pipeline — partnership review process is 8-16 weeks per their team
What it looks like
Enable SkySlope auto-filing in Settings.
One master toggle in Settings → Integrations. Capability checklist below it shows exactly what flows automatically (outbound emails + attachments) versus what still needs your touch (inbound replies, document assignment). Direct-API push is Phase 1, pending SkySlope Partnership approval.
Dotloop
Coming soon · pending vendor approval
Transaction management
Sync transactions + documents to your broker's Dotloop tenant in real time. Auto-flow both ways.
Auto-create a Dotloop loop the moment you start a ClosingDay transaction
Document uploads to the transaction flow to the loop's appropriate folder (RPA, addenda, disclosures)
Participant roster (buyer, seller, agents, lender, escrow, title) populates from your ClosingDay contacts automatically
Status updates push back to Dotloop: under-contract / pending / closed
Backend implementation is complete and dormant — waiting on Dotloop's API approval (Request Access submitted; awaiting credentials). Flips live with no agent action when their team responds.
What we're considering next
We don't build integrations on speculation — every one of these is in the pipeline because a customer asked. If something you need isn't here, email us and you'll move it up.
Google Business Profile (review push)
Beyond the existing "send happy client to your Google profile" CTA, future direct-API push when Google opens it.
Zillow Premier Agent (review push)
Same shape as Google. Today: link-out from the rating page. Future: API-driven submission.
Realtor.com (review push)
Add as a 3rd platform on the rating page once volume justifies. Backend already supports new platforms via the ReviewPlatform enum.
Twilio A2P (SMS review requests)
Today: review requests go via the agent's Gmail (or Resend fallback). SMS path requires A2P 10DLC registration which is a ~3-week side process.
Stop forwarding emails to your broker.
One product. The right integrations. List, show, negotiate, close — and earn the 5-star review on autopilot.
